Halloween Pageant
Beauty: Contestants should model their attire. Babies and smaller children can be brought to the center of the stage to charm the judges. Contestants will be judged on facial beauty, personality, and overall appearance. Attire will not be judged, but how it fits. There will be one winner per age divison. They will receive a Crown, sash, trophy, and picture on the America's Heart of Gold Pageant Website. There will be four Runners Up per age division. They will receive a sash, Trophy, and picture on the America's Heart of Gold Website.
Supreme: We will award 3 Supreme Titles (0-3yrs., 4-up, boy). Supreme is the combonation of Beauty, Photogenic, Sleepwear, and casualwear scores. Winners have the highest total combined points in these categories.
Photogenic: Contestants should bring unframed Photo(s) to the pageant. Please do not mail photos. They should be 4X6to 81/2X11. Contestant's name and age division should be on the back. Photos will be judged on personality and overall appearance. Contestants should pick up photos on judges table after the pageant. Additional photos may be entered for $ 5 each. There will be one winner per age division. They will receive a tophy and sash.
Sleepwear: Can be off the rack or custom. Sleepwear will be judged on cuteness, creativity,personality, and overall appearance. Contestants may use props such as robes, slippers, and stuffed animals. There will be one winner per age division. They will receive a trophy and gift.
Casualwear: Can be off the rack or custom. No heavy rhinestones or pearls. Casualwear will be judged on personality and overall appearance.Contestants may use props such as hats, sunglasses, and jackets. There will be one winner per age division. They will receive a trophy and gift.
Costume: Can be off the rack or Custom. Will be judged seperatly after crowning. Does not count for supreme.You may bring your own music. Costumes will be judged on origanality, creativty, and overall appearance. There will be one winner per age division. They will receive a trophy and sash. There will be one overall best costume. They will receive a overall costume sash and a trophy. All other participants will receive a special certificate of partcipation.
